The Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a small, fast paced, growing organisation in Stoke. They are looking for a qualified individual who can take responsibilities for the company finances.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO the role will focus on all aspects of day to day finance. You will be required to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close; Coordinate the annual Audit; Prepare all taxation and Tax Reports; Prepare all cash flow projections; Control the budgeting process; Develop the finance function so that it adds maximum value to the Groups operations. You will also need to manage projects, assigned by the CEO, through to completion within the agreed deadlines

The Candidate

As this is a small business a hands on approach and flexible attitude are key, Ideally the business is looking for a CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified individual who has experience with Sage accounting package. You must be an effective communicator and have the ability to motivate and influence individuals the wider management team, to deliver business targets.
