The Company

A Head of Finance is required for a dynamic, service focused, multi-site organisation in Manchester. This is a challenging role within an evolving organisation.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within an SME multi-site environment and be capable of working effectively under pressure. Responsible for the production of the Grp management accounts, various reports, published financial information, the preparation of integrated business plans, financial modelling and projects as required, through the successful management of a small Finance Team. You will liaise with auditors, various government bodies and professional advisers, ensuring full compliance at all times. You will also maintain relationships with existing funders and explore opportunities to raise capital where appropriate. As a Senior figure within this tight knit team, you will support the MD in the development of the financial strategy and also support the commercial element of the business including litigation, property leasing and acquisitions as required.

The Candidate

The candidate will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA who has attention to detail, commercial approach, adaptable/flexible and have the ability to fire fight with a pragmatic hands on, tenacious approach.
