This was a difficult position to recruit and the vacancy had been open close to 11months. I felt that Ardent understood the Northern Foods business and our candidate requirements very well. In the time I dealt with Ardent, they presented me with 1 CV to which we went on to make the candidate an offer which was accepted.
The candidate was well briefed on the structure of the interview and Ardent were prompt at getting and communicating feedback from/to me and the candidate.
This was in contrast to other agencies that presented me with numerous unsuitable CV’s and candidates; or not considered what the candidates wanted resulting in a lot of time spent interviewing unsuitable/unprepared candidates.
